Je treba odmieta\u0165 tradi\u010dn\u00fd ekonomick\u00fd narat\u00edv, pod\u013ea ktor\u00e9ho existoval najprv barter, n\u00e1sledne peniaze a a\u017e potom \u00faver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opak sa ukazuje ako pravda. Prv\u00e9 formy dlhu sa objavuj\u00fa u\u017e v agr\u00e1rnych r\u00ed\u0161ach Mezopot\u00e1mie, Indie \u010di \u010c\u00edny, kde bol \u00fazko sp\u00e4t\u00fd s n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fdmi a politick\u00fdmi \u0161trukt\u00farami. V t\u00fdchto spolo\u010dnostiach bol dlh nielen ekonomick\u00fdm, ale aj mor\u00e1lnym konceptom, ktor\u00fd ur\u010doval poradie vo svete, vytv\u00e1ral hierarchie a legitimizoval nadvl\u00e1du.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlh bez pochyby vytv\u00e1ra asymetriu medzi \u013eu\u010fmi. Nie ako technick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, ale ako forma soci\u00e1lnej nadvl\u00e1dy. T\u00ed, ktor\u00ed po\u017ei\u010diavaj\u00fa, nez\u00edskavaj\u00fa len finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky, ale aj mor\u00e1lny status. M\u00f4\u017eu predpisova\u0165 spr\u00e1vanie, uklada\u0165 sankcie a po\u017eadova\u0165 vernos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlh sa tak st\u00e1va n\u00e1strojom discipl\u00edny a dokonca soci\u00e1lneho vyl\u00fa\u010denia. Takto vznik\u00e1 \u0161trukt\u00fara z\u00e1visl\u00e1 od trvalej nerovnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svet dospel do extr\u00e9mnej f\u00e1zy kde finan\u010dn\u00fd kapitalizmus, je zalo\u017een\u00fd na expanz\u00edvnej \u00faverovej politike a vytvoril svet, v ktorom s\u00fa jednotlivci, firmy aj cel\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty podriaden\u00e9 logike trval\u00e9ho zadl\u017eenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spl\u00e1canie dlhov sa stalo nielen ekonomick\u00fdm imperat\u00edvom, ale aj mor\u00e1lnou povinnos\u0165ou, ktorej odpor znamen\u00e1 spolo\u010densk\u00e9 ods\u00fadenie. Ignoruje sa pritom ot\u00e1zka, \u010di dlh vznikol spravodlivo, \u010di podmienky boli rovn\u00e9 a kto z neho skuto\u010dne profituje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po finan\u010dnej kr\u00edze roku 2008, ke\u010f sa banky zachra\u0148ovali verejn\u00fdmi peniazmi, zatia\u013e \u010do be\u017en\u00ed \u013eudia \u010delili exek\u00faci\u00e1m, \u00fasporn\u00fdm opatreniam a stagnuj\u00facim pr\u00edjmom, sa ot\u00e1zka spravodlivosti dlhu stala k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spl\u00e1canie dlhov teda nie je len finan\u010dnou oper\u00e1ciou, ale politick\u00fdm aktom podriadenosti. A ka\u017ed\u00fd politik ktor\u00fd nar\u00e1ba s verejn\u00fdm dlhom bez zodpovednosti p\u00e1cha zlo\u010din na ob\u010danoch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlh nem\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 ve\u010dn\u00fd, ak m\u00e1 by\u0165 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 spravodliv\u00e1. Ak sa menia podmienky mus\u00ed sa meni\u0165 dlh. Na z\u00e1ver mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee stoj\u00ed pred nami v\u00fdzva na radik\u00e1lnu premenu na\u0161ej predstavy o ekonomike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namiesto naturalizovania dlhu ako mor\u00e1lneho n\u00e1stroja n\u00e1s vyz\u00fdva, aby sme sa p\u00fdtali, komu sl\u00fa\u017ei, koho utl\u00e1\u010da a ak\u00e9 podmienky reprodukuje. Nerovnos\u0165 nie je ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00edm produktom ekonomick\u00fdch procesov je ich automatick\u00fdm predpokladom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak m\u00e1 by\u0165 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 postaven\u00e1 na d\u00f4stojnosti a rovnosti, nesta\u010d\u00ed len regulova\u0165 trhy. Mus\u00edme zmeni\u0165 samotn\u00fa logiku z\u00e1v\u00e4zkov. Preto sa mus\u00edme p\u00fdta\u0165 nie len komu dl\u017e\u00edme ale aj ako syst\u00e9m dl\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1m.. Bez n\u00e1s pracuj\u00facich by toti\u017e \u017eiadny syst\u00e9m neuspel.
